Treglyn Farm Cottages are situated in an ideal position, on the outskirts of St Minver village, to enjoy both a traditional Cornish family beach holiday and to explore the many tourist attractions and destinations in and around Cornwall.
Being tucked away down a lane, set back from the road that links Wadebridge to Polzeath, they feel like they are in a remote countryside setting, yet they are only minutes away from Wadebridge, Rock, Polzeath, Padstow and Daymer Bay.
The Cottages enjoy splendid views over the surrounding countryside, which is rich in natural beauty, with views looking out over St Breok Downs, across Wadebridge and then onwards over Bodmin Moor. The cottages are very close to the picturesque villages of St Minver, Trezzridick, Pityme and Chapel Amble.
To the front of the cottages is a large lawned communal area which in the evening becomes a meeting place for children staying in the cottages where they can play to their hearts' content in relative safety while their parents relax.
At the bottom of the communal area is an entrance to the copse with its miriad of winding paths, ideal for a short relaxing stroll or a spot of bird watching around the pond.

The original farm buildings date back to 1844. They were converted into cottages in 1989, and a new row added, built to a very high standard, finished in local stone and slate and sympathetic to the style of the original barn.
Originally run as a small holiday village, they are now all privately owned and run, with some still being still being available for holiday rental.
